At our last South Florida BodyTalk Association meeting we discussed ways of giving back to our community by offering free BodyTalk and BodyTalk ACCESS sessions and workshops. As a certified BodyTalk ACCESS Trainer,  I volunteered to teach the BodyTalk ACCESS one day workshop to the residents at the Lotus House Homeless Shelter for women.  Several staff members and residents as well as other staff members from another non profit agency called Victim's Services attended.

It was such a rewarding day where I received back so much more than I gave!

I had a most inspirational day offering Cortices Balancing to the participants of this year's Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Downtown Miami.  I must have tapped out over 50 people's brains today!  I was honored to be invited to share the booth with the Natural Awakenings Holistic Magazine  - http://www.namiami.com/ which is a free publication throughout the country.

I enjoyed working with the multicultural group of people who came to the fair today. I am the volunteer Webmaster and Communications  Chairperson for the South Florida BodyTalk Association.  As its representative, I offered FREE BodyTalk and BodyTalk ACCESS sessions throughout the day.  It was a wonderful experience!

The Mission of Miami Healing Haiti is
to give the residents of Miami an opportunity to gather and show healing support to all of the survivors of the tragic earthquake in Haiti.

We will gather in unison and together, as one community, have a moment of silence and read a healing blessing for our Haitian brothers and sisters as we face the East (Haiti). Medical Relief Donation Boxes will be located in participating businesses along the Boulevard

I had a wonderful evening joining around 60 other open hearts who were there to send healing energy and support to the people in Haiti as well as those here in Miami who have family and friends there.
